Our privacy principle

Cue is designed for data minimization. Speech is transcribed on your device; your audio is never uploaded to us. Only a short, distilled snippet of context is sent securely to generate each suggestion.

What we collect

• Account data: your email and authentication credentials (stored hashed).
• Usage counters: the number of AI actions and estimated cost, to enforce fair use and operate billing. We do not retain raw transcripts by default.
• Session content you choose to save: transcripts and summaries you explicitly keep, stored to your account until you delete them.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.

What we do not do

• We do not upload or store your microphone or system audio.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your saved content to train third-party models without your consent.

Your choices

You can delete saved sessions, export your data, and close your account at any time. Requests: privacy@[your-domain].

Recording consent

You are responsible for complying with the recording-consent laws that apply to you. Some jurisdictions require informing all parties before a conversation is recorded.
