1. The service

Cue provides a real-time AI copilot for conversations, including live suggestions, interview practice and coaching, and session summaries. Features and plans may change over time.

2. Acceptable use

Use Cue lawfully and in line with the rules of any interview, exam, meeting, or call you take part in.
Be transparent with others when your use of assistance or recording would reasonably require it.
Do not use Cue to violate the policies of a school, employer, certification body, or platform, or to break applicable law.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled.

4. Your content

You own the content you create and save. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store the summaries you choose to keep).

5. Disclaimers

Cue offers suggestions, not guarantees. It does not guarantee interview, hiring, or other outcomes, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and our liability is limited as set out in the finalized terms.
